How can I get my refund?I am writing this email to share the shock that I received when I logged in to my net banking account. I am being charged $399 every month by projectmanager.com since July 2020 without my knowledge and consent.

I may have created an account with projectmanager.com when I was exploring online resources last year but never signed up to use any costly services. You can check my records. I have not used any resources from the website in the last 12 months. Not sure if it’s a glitch at company’s end or a misunderstanding.
