Proactiv Shipping Service Review
I set up an auto pay and recieved my order.I paid for the first one in 3 payments.
I called to change my next order to proactive +. They said ok great we will change it. They didnt. They sent the same thing as before.
Then i called and asked for proactive + AGAIN. Again they LIED to me and said ok we are sorry for the mistake and we will send it. A SECOND TIME they sent me the same, original product. I called a third time and told them I am cancelling.
I was told they were mailing me a pre-paid return envelope. It NEVER came. I called again, they said they cant mail one I have to pay to return. I returned it.
I waited 3 months to be reimbursed and you guessed it .... only after I called! Then i get a BILL!! Saying Im being sent to collections.
I DETEST this company.They run their call center out of India and are 100% unethical.
