I ordered proactiv on 10/31/14, I paid $29.95 (+ tax) & really liked the products. I call back to reorder before I ran out of product & also decided to try their make up.

I was told it would be 3-5 day shipping. I waited 6 days before calling & was told I would be refunded for the late arrival of my products (which I'm still waiting for). Then, the next day I go out to eat & my card was declined. Proactiv made unauthorized charges leaving me w/ a negative balance.

It took me 3 tries to get in touch w/ someone who could slightly help. He said I'd be REFUNDED ALL OF MY money back from them but, still receive my products & the money would be back on my card in 3 days. Well, today was the 3rd day & I get a card in the mall saying my proactiv payment did not go through... WHAT?!?!

So, I call to see what's up.. The lady claimed I was never offered my refund any of the times & said I still owed money. Proactiv does not take responsibility for their actions, they are unprofessional & sneaky!

If their products weren't the only thing that helped w/ my acne I'd completely cancel! But, if you don't HAVE to use proactiv, I'd steer clear of this greedy, unorganized business!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $105.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Proactiv Pros: That it works.

Proactiv Cons: Customer service reps, Lies, Confusion.

Proactive in NO way will help you with billing or shipping service..They promise all will be taken care of but that never happens ,,And watch your bank statement ....,..
