If you want a good vacuum don't buy a pro aqua! Shortly after my husband and I got married they showed up at our door.

The sales lady was really nice and confident and did a good job with the demo. I wasn't going to buy one but that is the day I learned how much of an impulse buyer my husband is. He was in love and we ended up getting what we thought was a good deal, $1300. They took the cheap vacuum I had just bought and now, 6 months later, I want it back!

If you leave any water in the tub it gets moldy and smelly. There is a ring of junk literally crusted on to the sides of the tub. I have bleached, scrubbed, soaked, and scrubbed the thing some more so many times but it won't come off. If that were the only issue I wouldn't be concerned, however now the thing has zero suction.

I noticed the last time I vacuumed that the suction wasn't as good as it had been but then I vacuumed today and then today it literally wouldn't pick up anything.

I wanted to like the product but it has truly been a scam. Unless I can come up with a way to fix it, because I know they won't, Im going to have to go get a new vacuum and Im not going to be happy.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Location: Watertown, New York

What about the Lifetime Warranty?

Have you looked to see if hose is plugged? It might have something in it.

I take a metal hanger and make it a long stick then push it through the length of it. I have dogs and with all the dog hair it sometimes gets clogged.

I am sorry the sales rep didn't tell you not to leave dirty water in it. If you are just cleaning the air then its fine to leave the water in it.

Just check the level of the water in case you need to add more. When you clean you have to dump the water after you are done. With a bag you leave it sit but as it sits it also grows mold and bacteria so when you turn it back on that is what is blowing out. So just dump when cleaning and you should be good.

I am sorry you had a bad experience.

Also $1300 is a really good deal.

I am kind of having the same problem. The hose isn't clogged and it seems as if it blows out instead of picking up.

I have done everything I know to do to it and can't get it to pick up the dirt. Please help!

I would check your powerhead. Turn it over and look by the hole and see if there is stuff there.

I have 3 dogs and mine sometimes clogs there. Take a wire hanger and put it through that and stuff should come out. If not look up your local pro aqua store and take it in. You have a warranty and they should help you.

It sounds like it is clogged somewhere.

Also you can hook the hose to the back where the air blows out and it will blow anything out that is clogging it. You can also call us at 417 623 **** and I can have a rep or the owner speak with you and see what we can do.
