Poulsbo RV/Auburn WA Poor Customer Service and Service Work
High Dissatisfaction with Poulsbo RV of Auburn Customer Service and Service Work
The roof on our FR3 motorhome started to peel off after owning it for only 4 months. We took it to Poulsbo RV, in Auburn, who said they would replace. During the roof removing, they told us some of the plywood on the roof was damaged and they would also take care of this as well.
The motorhome was returned to us about a month later in the following shape: caulking was poorly done in a different color (not the color from manufacture), caulk was dripping down the side of the motorhome and on the side mirror. The roof had muddy footprints left and inside the motorhome there was caulking and roofing all over bed comforter. The plywood from the ‘fix’ is already lifting after less than a month from Poulsbo’s repair.
In reviewing our paperwork, we found Poulsbo RV sent a claim to Forest River (manufacturer) that the lights under the awning were malfunctioning per the customer. We never made this claim and the lights worked fine when we brought to Poulsbo RV. We suspect they were damaged during the ‘repair’ job.
We have NO confidence that the roof will not leak in the future and therefore has potentially reduced our trade in value in the future. (see attached screen prints). It is obvious Poulsbo RV has no regard for customer satisfaction or pride in the work. Our only recourse is to find a better service center for our FR3 and warn potential customers to stay away from Poulsbo RV in Auburn
