What is that blue surface below the pool?The poles are not secure on top of it and then to add the weight of the water, it is not at all stable.

Since it has already collapsed on poor leveling, I would recommend that you pull the whole pool apart and check if the poles are OK and reinstall.

But only on a strong leveled ground.

This is an installation issue.Good luck with your next attempt!

why would you place your pool on a hill. I would say user error on your part.
