Sarah Gates took a course with us, and she was the worse student that we have had to date. She failed to follow any of the course guidelines and was openly rude when communicating with our school staff.

Sarah managed to complete her course studies and when it came time to purchasing her course certificate, she ordered a chargeback of her course fee - claiming that she was not happy with the course and that she shouldn't have to pay for the purchase of her certificate.

We quickly issued a refund because we just wanted to be rid of this individual.

Earlier today, we were notified about the publication of a blog post where Sarah Gates writes in length about being scammed.

The post is defamatory and full of unfounded accusations. It is basically an attack on our school.

We have simply had enough of this individual and feel that as an educator, such as Sarah Gates is, that there should be some element of accountability for her actions. She is involved with coaching children at Broadway Theatre Arts Academy, and she teaches children as an adjunct professor at Point Loma Nazarene University.

When we asked Sarah if she could delete her post, she replied:

"LOL. You're so lame.

I didn't post that, and I'm not employed with them. Get a life. "

We then replied that we would be placing her on a teachers' blacklist, to which her retort was, "Not that! Poor Neville...".

We hope that future employers are able to view this post, so that they are aware of the manner with which Ms.

Sarah Gates conducts herself when communicating with companies online - when she feels that she is protected by a certain level of anonymity. This, undoubtedly, must mirror, in some form, how she behaves with members of the public and her co-workers and students.

We did approach Point Loma Nazarene for comment, but as Sarah Gates is technically not employed by them - she is an adjunct professor - there apparently isn't a lot that they can do about it.

User's recommendation: Hold Ms.Sarah Gates accountable for her behavior.
