The PNW hours of operation are from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday through Friday. During these hours, you can contact the PNW customer care department and address your inquiries by phone. Walk-in support services are provided from 8 am to 4.30 pm. The human resources department is open weekdays from 8 am to 4.30 pm.
