I have invented a project but I don't have someone to support me financially, it is an electrical gadget but I have not been able to start I have talked with the company I don't have funds to start it

Placed a order yesterday. After singing into my account and trying to check on order.

It states I have no orders ?Would like to check on order status.

At my account sign in it states I have no pending orders. I did receive a statement in my email PLX that my order was placed and and a customer id number.
