DO NOT do business with this website. Short story in a long line of trying to contact this company.
On or around Father's Day I purchased their pass.
They gave me receipt and card number. The Card number didn't work. Since then I have tried to contact them and nothing.
So far I have sent 6 email contact forms-1phone call and still no contact to fix this.
(!) I filed with the BBB and waiting for reply.
(2) Filed dispute with CC Company
(all with supporting documentation and still no response.
AGAIN, what's worse is this was supposed to be a Father's Day gift.
So if you want the gift. DO NOT use Players Pass because if you have a conflict, you will not get it resolved.)
NOW, I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit and if successful I, will donate the monies to St Jude's Children's Hospital, after expenses.
