Purchased a Nintendo digital code well over 2 weeks ago. This is a very simple transaction that happens all the time.

Payment was sent and cleared in the same day. Money left my account and posted as completed. I sent proof multiple times, sent multiple emails and every time they said they'd talk to their "accounting department." They have screenshots of cleared payments as well. Ive sent emails, facebook messages, faxes, and left voicemails.

Every time I never get an answer outside of the same automated sentences. Ive disputed to paypal, shown proof of conversations and still no code was sent. They are simply sitting on money without repercussion. This company is scamming people and their customer service just types the same 4-6 sentences every single time.

I am blown away that they are ignoring any contact i make. Today I find that the original order was deleted from my past history of orders. They have removed the order in question but kept my money. This is beyond unacceptable and purely online theft.

I can't comprehend how they would think this is okay and not even remotely give me any communication outside of automated messages. Two weeks is way too long of a wait time for a simple digital code of a very common product.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Play Asia Cons: Customer service, Ignoring my issue, Non delivery of goods.

Exactly what happened to me. I ordered a $20 Nintendo eShop card, and after I lost that $21 (they make me pay an extra $1 so they make some more $), I did not get an email or anything, and it still said I needed to pay.

So I clicked pay again, with paypal, and it was pending for a while. After about 2 days, my money was sent to them and I never received my code. I used almost all my spending money, it took me 5 months to save up for that.

I sent them multiple emails (and paypal as well) and they just asked for my email (weird, cuz I used email to message them), transaction ID and zip code (I think). It has been a month and still no email about my digital card.

What a scam.

The same happened to me. I placed a pre-order with Play-Asia for a PS4 game.

I requested to have it canceled several times via e-mail. No response from them and no change to my account. I open a PayPal dispute and within 5 minutes of opening that dispute, my pre-order is not only canceled, but it is deleted from my account history. They still took my money, made no response to all of my e-mails, and no refund.

I ended up escalating to PayPal. This seller, Play-Asia, is TROUBLE.
