I have purchased many Nissan vehicles from this location starting from 2001. I was always treated with kindness and respect though the years for sales and repairs.

Was having my air conditioning looked at to see if it was under repair warranty from last year. Heath was my service man we talked about what was going on and it was still covered under warranty to be inspected. Also spoke about a extended warranty I was no longer keeping that was not worth it. Had me sign a tablet that I thought was a work release that was Enlarged for me to sign so I did .

Not thinking anything wrong about it. But later when the car needed more work on air conditioning that was different from last years work I could see it would take more time in shop. I could not leave it there because I need it getting ready to go a a funeral for my bother in-law. So I would go out of town.

When I told this the service man Heath he said I have to pay $180 service inspection fee , when I said I didnt approve of that he said we spoke about it and how disappointed he was in me because I didnt remember that conversation.

It was not true we never talked about that at all then he sends me a picture of me singing the form. Not true I thought about never saw that when I sign it. He must have blown up the tablet screen and had it to only be my signature to sign. I would not have agreed to pay 190 For something that shouldve been under warranty work to begin with.

When I try to talk to him he was very condescending and downgrading to me he didnt appreciate his attitude and how I was treated soon as I told him this he quickly dropped $190 fee that wanted to charge me. At this point I dont believe I will return to planet Nissan with the way I was treated to have any repair work done after this experience. I have made phone calls to the service manager not to even get a phone call back to explain how I was treated.

I was treated this way Im sure theres many other customers that have also been treated like this. For being over 20 something year customer of Nissan I am very disappointed.

User's recommendation: Go to a different Nissan service center.
