The Employee of the Pizza Hut didn't solve the issue, rather, he was arguing with me about my complaint. I ordered 3 toppings pizza (onion, pineapple, green pepper). And I have attached the picture of the pizza, just take a look and see how much Pineapple is there in a slice.
Overall, I didn't Like the service at all and not gonna order again from this Pizza Hut (Prince Albert)

I have been a loyal customer to the Dunnville location, both online, phone or walk-in. I placed an order online today #643665**** for $30.50.

I pretty much order the same thing every time. First off your ordering is ridiculous, it takes forever for (me at least) to figure it out. I ordered home style , extra cheese on the second pizza, no extra cheese which I apparently didnt, it showed that the first 20 times I tried to get it to go through I did. The pizzas were absolutely disgusting, definitely thin crust, overcooked with no extra cheese and so dry no one could eat it, why would I order pizza that no one could eat??!

My husband ate one piece, usually he can eat 5, I ate a half piece and my Grandson a couple of bites, couldnt chew it, none of us could. We spend quite a bit of money there but too be served pizza this bad..terrible customer service.

I took it back and all he kept saying was it was homestyle.IT WAS NOT!!! DRIED OUT and OVERCOOKED.

When I arrived the place was busy but totally disorganized. 3 employees including the delivery driver wete opening up resdy made pizza boxes because they mixed them up. Bad system and not sanitary. The health department would have given them a violation for opening pizza boxes on the front counter...more then 10 boxes. My probelm is twice they asked my name and 20 minutes later they give my pizza from the warmer and apologized. The pizza wasn't hot when I got home. Bad experience to say the least. I may not go back, there are many pizza choices all less the 5 minites away in Brooklin.
