New ReviewerI purchased a pool oh9 11 2021 I am getting it installed today because it was no longer a pool season I chose to get my pool installed this summer upon opening the box the pool installer could not find a liner I called the store and the gentleman that answered the phone said because I didnt check the box within 30 days I was responsible for purchasing another liner for 850 bucks. This is the worst case of customer service that I have seen in a long time I am a store manager myself and would never treat a customer this way we never received the product and yet we gotta pay almost $1000 to get something that we never received its gotta be someone to take accountability for what these people are doing to their customers I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer about this situation because I refuse to get taken advantage of Like this I will definitely let other people know the service that they are given the people in Lowndes county
