New ReviewerI purchased a pool in September of last year and Souls to get it installed this summer the installer that they recommend it came out today to unboxed all the items and they forgot to put a liner inside the installation kit I called the store and the man told me that because I didnt open the box within 30 days I was responsible to pay for A liner to add insult to injury the liners $850 plus tax I am a store manager myself and this is the worst case of customer service that I have ever seen I should have been told that their policy is to open up their box within 30 days and I Would have done so to cover my butt I believe they are purposely leaving a product to make more money so that we are forced to pay for a product this pool Is useless without a liner I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the lawyer about this matter
