I contacted Photobox due to a delay in receiving my order. The Customer Service agent at first told me that the delivery driver couldnt find my address.
This was a lie, I live in a very popular housing estate with a house number and my Eircode was included in the address. I also know the driver that delivers to me so there is no way he did not know where my house was, I talk to him most days. Then suddenly, my photos had been returned to them and had been destroyed. I asked for proof of this but, after repeated requests, I was just told over and over that they were with nothing to back this up.
I then received my photos so obviously what the agent had told me was a lie. I have since deleted my account and will not order from here again.
Terrible customer service. As a company that has access to very private information about their customers, I feel they should have a better process for handling missing photos queries and have their staff trained to deal with these queries properly.Dot Do doo
