Hello pepperfry Team,

By seeing many positive testimonials from your website, Chose your website to order some of my kitchen storage cansiters. After carefully reading all the product description only we placed a prepaid order of the below mentioned two items.

But after receiving the material, it was very disappointing seeing the quality of the products delivered.

In the first item shown below

1.""Dynore Multicolor Stainless Steel 800 ML Canister with Window - Set of 3:""

It is not stainless steel as mentioned in the description.The material is of very worst quality and it is not worth the money paid.

2. Dynore Barrel Maroon Round 900 ML Tea and Sugar Canister - Set of 2 Dynore Barrel Maroon Round 900 ML Tea and Sugar Canister - Set of 2 has vacuum leak sealing 'O' ring is of very worst quality. The ring will tear off after fewl uses only.

Attached the pics of all the products for which return was requested . And top of all these, when return request is raised and getting call from your customer care executive,and he is not even ready to understand the customer issue. She was literally forcing us to get convinced that the product is of good quality. Could you please clarify if you guys are really focused on customer satisfaction ?

or it just implies that, just because customer chose pepper fry for something they need, they are supposed to accept what you guys deliver?? Who is responsible for the quality of the products delivered?? should not the customer,(after paying hard earned money) show their dissatisfaction about the quality of the material? My concern is if you are not ready to take return, please give acceptable justification.

Otherways if you are ready to accept the request, please help to get full refund for the above mentioned products. P.S : What I do not need : Please don't spend time on convincing us with the quality of material you sent.

This is reagdring my order No. 30232**** and below are the details.

Recently I bought Dynore Multicolor Stainless Steel 800 ML Canister with Window - Set of 3 Pepperfry.

The so called item which is claimed as stainless steel is not at all stainless steel. Simply it is powder coated to hide the poor quality material quality which is used/. Al ltheir customer service also very very bad , even they are not responding to customer calls also and simply denying to accept the customer feedback..

They literally cheating the customers. I suggest everyone not to buy products from those who doesn't have any business values.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
