New ReviewerHi i been using the app.and.have have been having issues, i hired a freelancer to do my work and paid but they couldnt deliver the work, i was forced to hire another freelancer to do the job and had to pay again, but the secound freelancer was unresponcise Nd nealry took him 1.week.to reply, i contact the support team in the help section and asked for a refund but was again wainting on replies, i finanly.got a replie and they stated that i was.not eligible for.a refund and i replied back to say my resons on why i should be and has not had an replied from them aswell, i did not recived any work that i.agreed to and my money has.been taken, i.feel i have been scammed out of my money. I would.like to make.a formal complaint about this as this is daylight robbery.
Monetary Loss: $55.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
