I have been a loyal customer for 5 years, I travel weekly out of Atlanta airport. I am texting you to seek help in improving the customer service at your Atlanta location.
I have complained to the mangers and supervisors, to no avail, about lack of customer service and illogical standard operational procedures as it relates to pickup polices: If you land early in the morning the wait time is 30 mins to 45 mins, the texts are not read, the outdoors bus will not pick up indoors customers (supervisors' policies). Driver can't make common sense on the spot decisions.
3/15/2023 32 degrees: I waited 45 mins to get a driver. A disabled lady with family members could get on the bus because they parked outside. Corporate Please conduct an unannounced visit, via the shuttle service!
Get the supervisors and managers to lead or give the customers access to Mr. Chavez's email.
User's recommendation: Please continue to complain about pickup policies.
