I have a recurring problem when trying to order from parts avatar. many times the website said part is in stock, but after you order they send an email saying it is NOT IN STOCK.

Then i have to go through the hassle of trying to get a credit card refund. So today, i was on chat for a part, and REPEADETLY asked the agent to confirm stock in the website BEFORE ordering, which saves everybody time and frustration if the part isnt in stock, then no refund is necessary. Maybe no hyphen, try FL12

many times i go through this with parts avatar, after placing an order, THEN THEY SAY ITS NOT AVAILABLE

Then i have the big hassle of obtaining a refund on my credit card

You still havent told me if the warehouse CONFIRMED the stock, or if you were just reading from the web page.

With only 2 showing in stock, there may be NONE in warehouse.

Please try to understand what im saying

Ypou should be able to pick up the phone and call the warehouse

How did you check to see if the part was in stock ? How do you do that ?

Once the order is placed then it'll get processed if it's available otherwise you'll get an email for the same, if it's out of stock.

And as I've checked it is in stock currently.

Dont you understand that its a big waste of time to have to issue credit card refunds for stuff that THE WAREHOUSE CANT FIND. Wouldnt it make more sense to actually call them and see ?

You obviously just tell me what the computer screen says, without actually checking.

Is there a number for a supervisor i can call ?

User's recommendation: Dont buy unless a large amount of stock is shown, otherwise it probably isnt there.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
