Contact Parts Express Customer Service

The Parts Express email has two options for users to communicate through written inquiries. The primary customer service email for all inquiries is customerservice@parts-express.com. Issues persisting with accounting and billings can be sent to payments@parts-express.com. Once you send an email, you can expect a response within two to three working days.

The Parts Express hours are active on weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. They are closed on weekends and Saturdays. You must schedule your visit from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Consistent with regular retail hours, the showroom is closed on Sundays.

The Parts Express website offers an online contact form to help customers. Select a question type and submit a file of up to 5MB in size to support your inquiry. Your full name, business name, account number, and email address are required. Additionally, there is a section where providing more information could help the support staff better understand your problem. Upon completion, you can submit the form directly online. This method is helpful for comprehensive product inquiries or when documents are required.
