2 of 2 Parmafey reviews

Update added by user Jul 15

It would seem that they have managed to have the other review that was on this site taken down... I am still owed a large sum of money and I know at least ten other people who are as well...

If anyone has any information on these two please let us know. advice@dr.com.

Thank you all for your comments, please keep the information coming.

Parmafey Int (www.parmafey.com) and Balquidder Advisors (www.balquidder.com) are one and the same company run by Alec Maclaren/Alex Mcgrory (www.bigfishcreditors.com) and Allan Canning.

They have a history of misleading investors and not paying there staff.

I as others are currently owed high sums of money by them, they seem to be winding up there current companies (maybe they have ripped off so many people they have burned these companies (websites below). As far as I can tell Alec Maclaren is living in Javea Spain and Allan Canning is in Glasgow. All the telephone numbers for the companies are no longer working but the websites are still up, the only number on the website that is working is the Bulgarian office number, how ever that seems to be a number to an ex-employee who said that he is very keen to talk with either Alec or Allan.

They have no license to give financial advise in Europe, Middle East or Asia. Be very careful if you have contact with either of them...

New telephone number for Balquidder that seems to be working +44 (0)141 628 9949, maybe worth all who are owed money calling them, at the very least it will annoy Alec/Alex

Alec/Alex returning to Glasgow is extremely unlikely, because he would need more than two Alsatians to protect him. His friend Allan Canning the sole owner of Balquidder Advisers Ltd the support company for Alec/Alex's Parmafey/Detafund Ponzi offerings must surely realise by now that he will be the Patsy when the McGrory/MacLaren empire collapses. How can Canning be so *** not to realise the jurisdiction of the Authorities covers his trading address in Mollinsburn Street, Glasgow and his home address in Cromrach House, Clynder, Nr Helensburgh and that any investigation outwith the UK i.e. Beniarbeig, Javea, Nr Alicante in Spain is a lot more difficult, time consuming and costly. Sadly offshore investors who have been scammed have been informed about the difficulties in investigating and prosecuting someone outside the jurisdiction of the authorities. Before it's too late now is the time for the naïve owner of Balquidder to waken up, smell the coffee and state his position and make his excuses to save his skin.

Rumours from the Action Group is debt recovery collectors with links to friends in a former Far East Colony have been hired to collect money for their Client and when they call they might have some juicy spare ribs for the two Alsatians, but that will be the extent of the carry out.

Has Mandy (the beautiful one!) left you yet? Hows the family doing in Hull? Still ripping them off too?

Beauty as they say is only skin deep, but this Woman is thick skinned just like her crooked husband and she was complicit in his early scams when she convinced a dying neighbour and a friend of the family into investing her life savings (her families inheritance) with her beloved Alec. This story was posted to the News of the World by this kind old Lady's Son and it's in the Documents Section of the Big Fish Creditors Website and also in the Link to the media exposure in this website. The "beautiful one" as the comment suggests also owned a Shell Company called Great Prints and in the lead up to it inevitably being dissolved the only remaining Directors were her darling Alec's unsuspecting Nephew and one of his employees. Both men never even knew they were Directors.

Good news and bad news and the first good news is a Stephen Farley after a four year investigation has been found guilty of running an £18 million Ponzi Scheme, similar to what was going on at Hydepark Business Centre in Glasgow with links to Spain, Zurich, Dubai and Oman. Farley who pleaded guilty is allegedly a bankrupt and he was given legal aid by the State amounting to an incredible £1.4 million, which is the highest ever on record. The bad news is it's possible that the lack of funding could be the reason the much bigger Big Fish file is gathering dust on a shelf at the authorities and waiting on funds to allow a prosecution. If so the investigation into Parmafey, Balquidder, Parmaserv and Detafund and a possible prosecution is some way off, but creditors and ex employees please, please continue to lodge your complaints to the authorities. The second good news is a complaint to the authorities remains forever which is evident from the recent murder trials. The last piece of good news is Farley will spend a long time in prison for ruining the lives of his many investors. Sounds very much like ?? and Farley might meet you know who and his friend !!

This is very interesting news about Stephen Farley who is going to Jail for a very long time for his Ponzi Investment Schemes. Smart Alec as per usual has someone to blame for what was going on at Hydepark Business Centre in Glasgow and this is the naïve sole owner of Balquidder Advisers Ltd. His moment of fame has come to an end. According to inside information and an offshore employee the call centres at Hydepark which Alec's Patsy managed were operating as a conduit for investors money from all over the World and this should be relatively easy for the authorities to investigate. Former employees such as Mark and Fiona have absolutely nothing to lose if they decide to help with the investigation as opposed to being included in it.

This was very good advice to give the former employees at Hydepark Business Centre in Glasgow and hopefully they will get their sad stories about lost wages off their chest. The owners of Renvida Estate Agents in Beniarbeig, Nr Javea in Spain who office shared with Parmafey International, will also have a story to tell. A former friend of the owners is a victim who lost a lot of money and contacted the Action Group looking for advice.

To the scammed investors please take heart, but also be patient because the Authorities are investigating Parmafey, Balqhidder Advisers, Parmaserv and Deta Fund.

The Authorities previously referred to will be the Business Fraud Division, Police Scotland, Crime Campus, Gartcosh, Nr Glasgow and perhaps Interpol. The more people complaining the better the chances of success.
Employees who worked in the now defunct Parmaserv and Balquidder Advisers at Hydepark Business Centre and Aidan from the office in Bulgaria who lost wages should not be concerned if they were paid in cash just like Darren from Cyprus. It is the employers responsibility to take care of their employees NI and PAYE.

A long time has elapsed since Companies House were informed that Deta Green Technologies Ltd were operating illegally without a natural person as a Director and it is not surprising that the owner Alec MacLaren has done nothing to rectify this because he never had any respect for the law or his creditors.

Agreed 100% that this will suit Teflon Alec if Deta Green Technologies Ltd is dissolved by Companies House. Another McGrory Shell Company, which also never traded and was dissolved by Companies House, had as the last remaining director, an innocent employee in another McGrory company which eventually liquidated. This person never even knew about being a director in this McGrory Shell Company and in time it would also be under investigation. For smart Alec it's all about smoking mirrors and taking liberties with false and illegal registrations to Companies House. Therefore, immediate former employees at Hydepark Business Centre please beware and even if you think you might have a problem you have nothing to fear if you contact the authorities. Surely the Teflon must be wearing thin with Alec !!

Canning and MacLaren could be meeting up on the 23rd Nov at a big football match in the East End of Glasgow. If so this would be a good opportunity for former employees at Hydepark Business Centre to meet them and discuss the problem with our missing wages. Just a thought.

Things move slowly at UK Companies House and Deta Green Technologies continue to operate illegally without a natural person as a Director and with the wrong registered trading address. The only sanction if they don't rectify this will be months down the line and it will be Companies House issuing a strike off notice before they dissolve the Company. No fears for Alex McGrory alias Alec MacLaren if another one of his many companies disappears without producing trading accounts. It's long overdue that HMRC should look into this.

News that Allan Canning's Balquidder Advisers has acquired Alec MacLaren's Parmafey International and they will be opening a new office in Jakarta Indonesia is very hard to believe. Cipinang Penitentiary Institution in Jakarta designed for only 1,500 has presently 4,000 inmates and there won't be much room for Allan and Alec to run their Financial Advisory Business. The porridge in Jakarta will taste a whole lot different from that in Spain or Scotland, so maybe it's better to stay where you are Bhoys and continue to enjoy the fun at the Pipeworks Sauna in Glasgow and share a nice office with Renvida in Beniarbeig.

In May 2016 James E Mailed John who lost nearly £300,000, and James assured John that quote "Albana do not have a relationship with Parmafey and Balquidder Advisers". It would be reasonable to assume that John contacted this respected Institution because its name was in Parmafey or Balquidder promotional material and this influenced his decision to invest. Investors should check if false claims about Albana influenced their decision to invest. Also if the illegal UK Company Deta Green Technologies Ltd Registered Company card was played by its owner and this influenced their decision to invest in the Deta Fund Brand Name. If false information given to investors is proven beyond doubt this must surely be of interest to the Business Fraud Division, Police Scotland Crime Campus, Gartcosh, Nr Glasgow, Scotland.
