My wife and I purchased 10k in art work on a cruise. They arrived as promised, frames not perfect but corrected by customer svc.

In Oct 2016 invited to a weekend show in San Antonio Tx where I purchased The Heavenly Dove for. xmas gift. I AM STILL WAITING for it to arrive, I have heard a kinds of excused. In Yesterday 1/23/17 I tried to canx my order only to be told they would not refund me but could give me a credit....

minus a fee.... little late for the gift. I know 10k isn't much, compared to some of the folks who spend 40k in a weekend. But you would think you would want all customers to come and to have a great experience.

I must say the representative at the shows and on the cruise are awesome, but the call center reps can be not only short with you on the phone but out right rude. When you ask for a supervisor normally you get told that they will call you back, which normally does NOT happen. So I now say I am going to wait until they can get one on the phone for me-- this normally works. With exception of once when I was told NO and got HUNG UP ON.

So now as I have waited nearly 4 months for a piece of art and NOT needing anymore, it angers me that I paid for something I do not have in a timely matter.

To tell me I should of put it on you credit card then I would not have got it yet is crazy. If I was told up friend at the art show it was goi g to take this long would have made at huge huge differences, what I was told was about 6 weeks

I am also having issues with Park West Galleries.... I have been dealing with an issue since April 2016.

Would like to hear from others also being jerked around.

Who knows... maybe Park West needs another class action lawsuit suit against them?
