I contacted Pandora over 3 months ago about my bracelet. I have had it for about a year, and it seemed to tarnish.

I brought it into the store and they had to clean it 2 times. When I left it looked really good, just like new. The girl advised me how I should keep it in my jewelry box, when not wearing, so this would not happen again. About 3 weeks later, I went to put it back on and it looked just like it did before she cleaned it.

I contacted the Jared, where I purchased it and they advised me to contact Pandora direct. I did and was told they would replace it. Like I said that was in January. I was asked to submit my information and they would provide me with a Return label for the damaged bracelet.

I have not heard back from them.

I have emailed them a few times since and still no response. I will never buy from them again and I suggest nobody else doing so.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
