So I went to the Pandora Store at Partridge Creek to use a gift certificate that my Mother-In-Law had purchased for me today. I made my selection of what I was going to purchase, which was well over $125, so I qualified for the free bracelet event.

I chose a bracelet worth $65 and was told it was put in my bag on purchase. The items I purchased along with my "free bracelet" were supposed to be placed in my bag. The bag was already tied up, not allowing me to inspect it and I was asked to sign a receipt that I had "received my free bacelet." I asked the clerk if the bracelet was in the bag and was assured it was. I did not see anyone place the bracelet in the bag but I did see them place the items I purchased in the bag.

So I left the store and went out to my car and inspected the bag and there was no "free bracelet" for which I qualified for based my over $125 purchase. The sole purpose for me using my gift certificate today was to qualify for the "free bracelet." So I returned to the store to inform them that I had not received my "free bracelet" and the store manager upon consulting with the Pandora employee that assisted me at the register, advised me that there was nothing more she could do for me as her coworker assured her that the "free bracelet" was place in my bag. I am a good customer, have purchased many items in the Pandora Store at Partridge Creek, tell everyone when they are looking for a gift me me to purchase a gift certificate or item for me specifically from Pandora and this is how I am treated. Basically in not so many words being accused of stealing a "free bracelet." I informed the store manager that I would like a complete refund for the items I did purchase and my request was granted.

I received a complete refund for the over $125 purchase. So if I were being accused of taking a free bracelet, why would I receive a gift card for the same amount I had spent in the store today to begin with? I am certain that Pandora has cameras and if they examined the camera they would determine that no such "free bracelet" was ever placed in my bag. It was either placed in another customer's bag or kept by an employee.

So this is how they want to treat good paying customers?

I have never felt like I was being accused of theft like I did today. I will never return to this location and doubt that I will even purchase another Pandora item.

Reason of review: Poor Customer Service and Poor Attitute of Store Manager.

Preferred solution: Appology from Store Manager and Purchase w/promotional free bracelet.

Pandora Jewelry Cons: Store manager treated me like i was stealing a free bracelet.
