Pampered Chef - Baking Stone Broke in Half in the Oven
I am an avid customer of Pampered Chef and own many of their items, having attend numerous parties. While baking dinner this evening my favorite stone broke in half in the oven spilling my dinner all over my oven!
I called into Pampered Chef, with my first issue ever, only expecting the best. Much to my surprise, I was told that I was not a customer as the consultant at the parties I attended did not register me correctly into the system!!! I was basically told that if I did not know the consultant's name that I simply did not exist in their database. That was it, no help, no replacement, just that I am not a customer!
Well, I guess they get their wish. I am not a customer ever again!
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $31.
Preferred solution: I would like a replacment for my rectangular stone.
Pampered Chef Cons: That i was told i was not a customer.
Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Can stone pan be glue after cracking off
I am sorry this happened to you. Some consultants don't give valid information.
Stones have a 3 year warranty but without being able to know when you bought it, that's hard. I would love to help with this issue by offering a discount if you want to buy a new stone or any other product.
I'd love to show you that not all consultants are that way. pamperedchefwaco@***.com or www.facebook.com/pamperedchefwaco
Oh. Ok.
So if I had given that to you as a gift, stating it has a lifetime warranty, not for you!!! but for me, IF I was registered correctly. What about my auntie? She passed away, I couldn't even ask her the reps name if I wanted to.
I feel pretty confident that if you had the reps name, you would have gotten the same result. I have never in the last 17 yrs of constant PC party invites and spending $ on their products ever heard of anything but negative about getting resolutions to problems.
I know personally, I never have. Sorry about your experience.
