Due to concerns about the balance on our account, we have attempted to get a printout of our payment history since October 2015. We want to compare their records with the monthly printout they used to send to us because we do not agree with what they say we owe.

In November we paid an additional $4500 which they still have not credited to our balance. There apparently is no business office at Palace Resorts where billing questions can be addressed. Members must talk with 'representatives' who then make inquiries to the "Research Department". Members promise to get back with members and address their concerns based on information provided by the "research Department".

In the long run all one gets is the runaround. Even though we have paid palace Resorts over $60,000, there is NO employee assigned to discuss our billing concerns with us.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $4400.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
