I have invested 10 containers and have been paid every month until a couple months back. They no longer respond to any emails I sent them.
The worst part is that I've referred 2 very good friends of mine to pacific tycoon who both invested 5 containers each. None have been paid. No statements, no communication.
This is clearly a scam. They've taken our money and fled.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Hi, I have not received payment for my June Income. No income statement for July as well.
I have given another bank account in UK and they have updated the same. I got an email from Richard Liu to confirm the bank details. When asked for payment he asked me to check with Jack Lam. Hope they will transfer the payment to new bank account.
This is really disturbing. I trusted PT and invested 5 + 3 containers! Hope this is not scam as I did receive monthly payments for over 8 months now. Now the new payment will come from a difference party i.e.
Davenport Laroche Limited. Hoping for the best..!

No this is not a scam. I have had no issues with PT until this Panama Papers scandal arose and now the banks are holding back payment due to pressure from their Government.
Many of my other investments have also been impacted by this so I know Pacific Tycoon is not at fault here.
Just pick up the phone and call them. They are always there to talk to me whenever I call them.
They are very not reliable!! I got paid until May, and nothing thereafter.
I had teamed up with a few people in this investment and it was my call to get on with the investment.
Now, pressure is on me and they have seeked authority to act on the issue.
I'm just hoping that they will hold on taking extreme measures, as they are practically very capable.
People need is their income, on time. Others now need their full investment back.
To me happend the same, no payment since April 16 - last mail I got from Jack Lam after I asked for my June statement -
"...I hope this email finds you well,
Regarding income statement, we are modifying the format of income statement due to the bankโs new compliance. We are going to send the new version of income statement by this week.

Hello, I was wondering how you have fared with your payments, have you been able to redeem your investments? Have you proceeded to take legal action, as this is something I am considering participating in.

I was also a little worried hearing other people having the same issue as my payments from May were also late but as of today all payments both May and June have been paid.
I have phoned them a number of times and most of the time got through. Glad it sorted now.

maybe you're just new with them and for sometime they'll continue to do so(I hope) but after a while they just stop(I hope not).
