PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR THE SERVICES BECAUSE IT CONSTITUTES A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CLIENT OF OUTDOOR CHANNEL AND OUTDOOR CHANNEL. THIS INCLUDES THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION" CLAUSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH PROVIDES FOR BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVERS OF JURY TRIALS AND CLASS ACTIONS. IF THE USER DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, THEN THE CLIENT OF OUTDOOR CHANNEL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM VISITING, ACCESSING, REGISTERING WITH AND/OR USING THE SITE. OUTDOOR CHANNEL MAY SUPPLEMENT, AMEND OR OTHERWISE MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME. SUCH MODIFICATIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THIS OR A SIMILAR PAGE OF THE SITE OR EMAILED TO THE CLIENT AS APPLICABLE, AND SHALL BE DEEMED EFFECTIVE AS OF THEIR STATED EFFECTIVE OR MODIFICATION DATE. IT IS THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT EACH TIME THE CUSTOMER VISIT, ACCESS, REGISTER WITH OR USE THE SITE.

The TV Listings/Program Guide information is incorrect. The Company provide schedule information and episode descriptions to third parties, such as TV Guide, who in turn provide this data to The User's cable, satellite or telecommunications service provider. Occasionally, one link in this chain will break and the incorrect information will appear on The Customer's guide. Should The User notice a discrepancy, please email The Company the following information: The Client's TV provider, the show in question and its air date and time and when The Client noticed the discrepancy. The Company will make every effort to contact the data and TV providers to rectify the matter. Also, there will be rare occasions that require Outdoor channel to make a scheduling change that can impact one or more shows on a given date. Please be aware that if this happens during a given month, it does not allow the necessary time for program guides to be updated.
