Out Door Flicks - Breach of contract

I confirmed with this company a few months, days, and the day before the event. We agreed that this company would drop off a cotton candy and popcorn machine the day before the event at 6pm.
When the time came and went with no communication, I reached out to said company, only to be told that they could no longer make it. They promised they could come the next day. After mentioning that they should have had better communication, I agreed to their alternative plan. I never heard from them again!!!
The day of the party, I attempted to both call and text from both my number and an alternative number where it was clear that their phone was on do not disturb, and they weren't answering when it was clear my messages were being delivered. I am beyond disgusted that outdoor flicks would have the audacity to so blatantly breach a written contract and choose to not show up. Fortunately, nothing they could do could ruin my daughter's amazing birthday party, but she was disappointed.
Buyer beware, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELIABILITY IS NONEXISTENT!
