We had Orkin to treat for carpenter ants at our house. Then we were told that they will come once in 2 months to check on the house for a $103/fee and that we can cancel anytime with 30days of notice.

After 5 months, when I called to cancel, I was told that we have signed a one year contarct, which automatically gets renewed for one more year if we dont't call to cancel before anniversary date. They keep billing my credit card for $103/bi-monthly and now we are paying for services that we don't need, or nor received. What a fraud? As a senior executive of a Fortune 100 company, I am appaled at how a company such Orkin could defraud customers to make money, rather than providing services customer value and need.

Orkin can be assured that I will be actively spreading the word of this unethical business conduct to ensure no one known to me will ever do business with Orkin.

Monetary Loss: $515.

You stated in your Review/Complaint that you are a Senior Executive of a Fortune 100 Company. I must say that I am appalled if you are in fact being truthful regarding your position within a Fortune 100 Company.

Your Review/Complaint is an irrational tirade with multiple misspelled words. You should consider having your secretary proofread future work or at a minimum have them teach you how to use spell check. In the position you claim to hold you should know better than most that written communication is the main communication tool used by businesses today and this will not change within the foreseeable future.

That said it's clear as to why it is vital that we in the Business World are able to communicate in written form effectively while representing ourselves and our Company in a professional and intellectual manner. I'm beginning to wonder if this is even being taught anymore since I went to Business School.

Donโ€™t feel bad you are not the only person that has been burned by them I am in the middle of it right now it is the worst customer service I have ever come across in my life they do not return phone calls they did come out to the house for the first time and did not take care of the problem at all so donโ€™t worry youโ€™re not the only one that will be spreading this word
