I was double billed for my last transaction (it will be my last) on 09/06/2016 and 09/09/2016, no response whatsoever from them when I sent a complaint to their customer service via email, they did email me with new candy deals however.

No response from my bank either when I tried to dispute the unauthorized charge (which btw had the same transaction number). Just sent a second message regarding the dispute.

I should have known when I went to their website to place my order on Firefox (browser) showing the connection wasn't secure, easily hackable, so I went to Chrome which was secure, that trouble was up.

I only received part of my shipment, on the statement they said it would come in 3 boxes, so I waited. Two parts of my order are still missing which I haven't contacted them about.

Reason of review: Double charged & missing parts of the order..

Monetary Loss: $52.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Oriental Trading Pros: Cheap sale candy.

Oriental Trading Cons: Being double billed, Part of order missing, Customer service, Switching browsers checkout on firefox was unsecure.

registered a new account and shopped with Oriental Trading to purchase bulk candy for a shower that is in 1 week in a half. ordered the candy, paid for it with credit card, rec'd confirmation number.

went back in to the site less then an hour and seen where I didn't have a order. begin an online chat and the customer service rep couldn't find my name or order. I called the only way they could pull my order up was by me giving them the credit card again. the Rep said the order is what they call a "GHOST ORDER", no name or purchase attached.

he said that was an error in their system and it would fall off. so meanwhile, my credit card is down monies, that are sitting there pending. I have emailed their customer service and all I'm told is wait 10 days for the transaction to fall off. to me that is ONLINE THEFT.

regardless on whether I authorized the transaction, you took monies off my credit card with no tracking info, I have no product, no order, I have to wait 10 days for a reversal on an order that you can't ship out because it doesn't exist either !! bad customer service. did a dispute with my credit card company and will not shop with them again.

I don't care how cheap their products are... beware people my 1st time using them and what a disappointment.
