I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Eye doctors optical outlet-Citrus Park on February 9,2017. I received a text message that my sons glasses were ready for pickup.

Katie was the rep that I dealt with. After 25 minutes is when she realized that she couldn't fix the glasses she insisted that her manager Diana would. I left assuming that this would be priority since I was upset. I would be back to see the manager.

I called the company to make sure that the glasses were ready. Was told by a rep that it would be ready before closing the same night. 3rd attempt to pick up the glasses and NO MANAGER . Diana had left for the day .

I am most annoyed that I wasted another trip to your location. Only to find Katie the ONLY person on staff and with NO Manager in sight.

A simple call would have sufficed from The Manager. I would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss matters further and resolve the problem at hand .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Seems to be a theme with these stores that manager is not in . I call and ask for her and I am asked to hold while they see if she is available they come back to tell me she called in sick, another time it was that she left early and last one I was at store & am told she went to hospital.

This is a small store , why do they not know if manager is there or not ? If she called in sick who took that call ? If she leaves early does she not tell anyone? Funny they know these things AFTER they go to the back to check if she is available .

I have had glasses two weeks, they did not improve my vision as I was told they would, no offer has been made to adjust, doc did reexamine and said they cannot correct any better, that I have to get closer to things to see them now. WTH? That's why I came in . My old glasses actually have better vision than new ones.

They just tell me I have to adjust to new script. In over 50 years I have never been told this until now. Have been in touch with district manager & will meet at store this coming week. Five trips in so far & it is 25 miles one way.

He says after this meeting I will be happy no matter what, at this point only a full refund will make me happy. I have over $25 in gas and 10 hours of my time invested with useless return trips, they should owe me
