I have a Gen 6 Onstar system whichhasbeen upgraded to 4LTE and after going over the Border from Canada to the USA doesnot connect in either of the Phone Mode Onstar or the Emergency Button. When discussing this with the Technical branch I was told that te Onstar system hasproblems fromCanada to USA and there was no fix.

it worked last year but Jan 2017 this is no longer the case. Surely if this is a known problem and why have they not rectified theproblem with AT& T and Bell in Canada. The quickest way is to to refuse payment as the Celluar carrier the sameway when the Internet system goes down for company business accounts .

I am now left in the USA for 3 plus months without a system I am paying for whichdoes not work. From what i can see there has been no complaints or if there have been they have been quietly covered up.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I cannot use Onstar in Canada why didn't the onstar employee tell me that when I asked for directions?
