Accidently booked an extra ticket. Absolute nightmare to get a hold of someone to get a refund. Found pissed consumer who gave me a number online and was finally able to talk to someone and get a refund.

Online an error message appears when trying to cancel my membership and I have not received a reply from emailing them to cancel my membership. I will try to contact them by phone today but I thought it would not be this difficult and feel it is a trap to obtain more money from me.
