How can I order an Omega Touch up pen for my kitchen cabinets?Purchased /installed my Omega kitchen cabinets over 10 years ago - Burgandy Cherry. Love them !!

I had a great Touch-Up dye pen for minor scratches - Omega #103159. I understand the color and associated pens are no longer available. I think a Sable pen would work. My husband is in a wheelchair and minor scratches happen from time to time.
