Omaze and Tyler Posey
Omaze has somehow unwittingly used Tyler Posey, the star off Teen Wolf, to scam people. According to his Facebook account there was supposed to be an online contest to win a walk-on role in the series Teen Wolf.
To enter the contest you had to purchase an item to win the role. I purchased an item that was a piece of Teen Wolf memorabilia. I never received it. I don't ind not winning a contest.
I do mind not getting the item I paid for. I also enter two other contests that I did not receive the items I purchased. After having repeated opting not to buy anymore items from Omaze and unsubscribing from their e-mails they stopped contacting me.
I want what I paid for or my money back. The lesson is this - always research ANY online contest before entering it.

Same with the Sarah Jessica Parker Campaign. No trace of it on the website but I received an email with a very condescending Oh you must have missed the announcement reply. Nothing in the winners page..I donated a lot to this campaign.
Same thing happened with the Daniel Craig win an Aston Martin campaign.
No one seems to have won it and Omaze is ducking for cover when questioned.
I went to the Omaze help page and emailed them at their 'weloveyou' email address and didn't receive an answer to my question as to who had won.
I have since followed up twice and been completely ignored.
This is one disingenuous company. Avoid them
If you headed over to the Omaze help center, all of your issues would be addressed (https://support.omaze.com/hc/en-us).
When will you receive your reward?
Our donor rewards ship out about 4โ16 weeks after the campaign you donated to closes.
You didn't receive your reward. What do you do?
Don't worry!
Please email us at weloveyou@***.com and we'll look your order up right away.
At the end of the day, Omaze.com is a way to raise funds for charities. They're not trying to rob people, they're trying to make helping others more enjoyable and rewarding. I recommend contacting them at weloveyou@***.com first.
And also, while 16 weeks is a long time, wait until that period is over. Until those 16 weeks are up they haven't broken any promises to you.
