Groupon has been heavily advertising Christmas packages from Omaha Steaks. I purchased a voucher through Groupon today.

Once I paid and entered everything in the Omaha website, I realized they had no options for delivery before Chirstmas - not even for expedited charges. I was on hold for so long with customer services I hung up. I thought I would call the order placement line to see if they had Christmas delivery options, but I have now been on hold to place an order for 21 minutes. I guess I can give people the groupon voucher but it is not really the presentation I wanted.

Please stop advertising holiday packages if you cannot deliver! Also, get some people to help take orders. After about 25 minutes they did answer.. For $51 in shipping they can have it delivered 12/28.

They told me they have been bombarded and told me I should not have waited so long to place my order. I will now see if I can get my money back from Groupon.

I've tried that before and it is not easy. Thanks for a wasted day working on this Omaha Steaks!
