After the initial contact with Northwood they adopted a much more helpful tone. The bill for the trailer repair was paid by Northwood under warranty. I consider this matter closed.

I bought a 2015 nash 24m. Based on reviews i thought Northwood customer service was the best in the industry. Ialso thought their rvs were the best in the industry. I could not have been more wrong on both accounts. The interior of the trailer is substandard. The worst is the trailer nearly burned down due to faulty wiring. When I contacted Northwood warranty Dave blamed me and said Northwood would not honor their warranty. The tech i hired to fix the trailer argued with warranty Dave until he was frustrated and angry. I have had so many problems with this trailer . Do your self a favor don't by Northwood

We also had faulty wiring from the shore power cable into the 5th wheel trailer and in talking to Arctic Fox, the answer they gave sounded like it came from a 2nd grade student. It's monkey see monkey do and in fact much of the work done by their crews is completed in this manner.
