Northstyle - Another Customer who will never shop this company again
I ordered a dress from this company on 1/19/2016 and received an email confirmation of the order stating I would receive additional confirmation email within 24 hours. I never received that email, nor did I receive an answer to the email I sent Customer Service requesting an order update.
I finally called Customer Service and was told the item was backordered.
I cancelled the order and asked for email confirmation of the cancellation and was told it was not possible to send me an email. I will be watching my credit card statement closely based on other customers' reports of billing issues.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Northstyle Cons: Customer service, Customer service is nonexistent.
