North Range Village Homeowners Association was established in 1999. It finances the construction of sewers, streets, storm drains, street lights, parks, open space landscaping and other facilities for the North Range Village and Foxton Village neighborhoods which together comprise 485 homes. The North Range Village is a community controlled by a covenant. It’s situated on the north side of 104th Avenue and has 257 family homes. There is a 1.5 acre park and a playground.The Foxton Village is located on the south side of 104th Avenue and has 228 family homes. The community’s covenants establish the rules and limitations with regards to preservation, maintenance and architectural control, management and repair of the open spaces and parks in the neighborhood.
