Nordstrom Portland Chanel sells damaged bags
We bought a classic Chanel bag from Nordstrom Portland 2 days ago and back home in California, finding that the bag right inside is damaged. We sent the bag back to Portland with original tag and receipt inside immediately, but they say they cannot process the return.
In USA laws claim we customers have right to return defective bag back within 30 days and we sent it back in 5 days.
However, the portland Nordstrom Chanel store cheat customers by selling damaged used bag. Now the situation is that they charged us $4700 with a broken bag selling to us.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $4700.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Nordstrom Cons: Products bad quality, Bad customer service.
Location: Portland, Oregon

Itโd help if customers didnโt take advantage of the return policy.
how did you not notice the bag was damaged when you were looking at it in the store and when you got home that same day and then the day after?
Uhh what US law are you talking about?
Something doesn't sound right here at all. For one thing, how is it that someone that can barely use the English language correctly is able to buy a $4700 handbag?
Also, I have never heard of Nordstrom not taking back an item that has the original receipt , especially with tags attached.
How racist are you
