I placed several orders on noon during the national day event and they were scheduled to arrive on different dates from 25 sept to 17 oct.
The first shipment arrived on 25 sept, I, living alone here in KSA, was not at home. I asked the driver if he can deliver it to my location that was 20 mins away, and I'd pay him the extra charges and tip him; yet he refused stating that he's only allowed to deliver to this place.
I called the customer support and asked that all my shipments get rescheduled till 01-Oct.
Each and every day, from 25 Sept till 01 Oct I was receiving messages stating that my shipment is out for delivery, couriers contacted me daily, and I had to call DAILY to the customer support insisting that I want to reschedule my shipments to 01 Oct. I asked for the managers to contact me; they called while I was in a meeting so I asked them to call back at 2:30, but no one ever called again.
Friday 01 Oct; 1 shipment arrived out of 2, the courier was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Will be cancelling all other orders and order on Amazon from now on.
Never use Noon at all. Never Ever.
