I received my NoNo and was very excited! I read the instructions and watched the CD Did everything as instructed!! Turned it on and put the sensitivity level at 1 and began to use. I noticed that the blue light was not coming on as I was going slowly upward against my leg. I read the instructions and watched C D again, trIed it and still no blue light!! I wasn't even getting any noise, smell, nothing!! I notified sender and told them the problem. They simply said that I must not be using it correctly and to read the instructions along with watching the CD. I replied and told them I read and watched twice!! So, I said I want a replacement or a refund!! They are refusing because They don't feel the its a default on the NoNo!! WHAT TO DO???

Reason of review: On time delivery.

Mine is just stuck on the red light constantly,worked fine for a couple of weeks then one day red light came on and that was that,it's all that happens,switched off and on,recharged it bit nothing's worked. Gutted as I'd wanted one for ages and my kids bought it for me for Christmas,e mailed the company but nothing,very fed up
