I purchase a Nono in April. Did not received my materal.

They already charged my credit card. I called left a message and 3 e mail. No customer service agent answered or called back. Anybody have suggestion how to get in touch with them before I ask my credit card provider to cancel payment.

The company have no customer service at all and it sees like it s a common problem with other people who bougth their product.

Never received so cannot know if NONO work or not. This company is making a lost of publicity on TV and I think they can afford it wit the people they are ripping off.

Monetary Loss: $345.
