I am left handed and the nono did not work for me. I kept pushing the buttons that set the intensity by accident because of the way I had to hold it.

I called to return it and was told the return postage would not be refunded as I did not keep it for at least 45 days. Nowhere in the original ad that I have does it say you have to keep it for 45 days. I complained to the BBB. The nono company won't refund my money.

Don't buy this!

It is a ripoff! It does not remove hair well at all!

Reason of review: did not work well, and no return shipping refund.

Monetary Loss: $7.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

No No Hair Removal Cons: It does not work at all, Customer service, Lack of truth in advertising.
