WE did not order this product, but a box arrived in the mail yesterday. We called immediately, and were told it was charged to a credit card using our name and address, but it is not our credit card.
We are in the process of trying to return it and also to find out how this could have been charged to our credit card. Has this happened to anyone else? If it were identify fraud, presumably nobody would have it sent to our address -- what's the point? But when we looked online, we saw that the company has successfully blocked most complaints from anyone seeing them.
This is obviously a company that has something to hide.
We will report them to the Federal Trade Commission. This is taking hours of our time (which is valuable) to try to fix the problem and we are very worried about why this happened.
Monetary Loss: $100.
