Dear sir my complaint was on 24/4/2016 about the services, my car nissan sunny 2016, almost 4 month, i request order to check my passenger door and contact key, both had problem, i request to fix them with change oil and 10000 km maintenance, they charge me almost 635.8 EP, without fix my problem add on they give me my car very dirty

I had anther car in US nissan versa 2016, never had problem with dealer there also oil change cost average $25 with coupes, this dealer always send me coupes every month.

Could you please till me with a new car 2016 just 4 month older and have this problem what should i do!

Please let me know because when i get this car i believe it wills same quality in US

Nissan Egypt Cons: Worst service, All at all was very bad very big diff btw us.
