After a horrible experience with Amazon using a "Dr. Battery" third party seller which ended in disaster and wasted time, I chose NinjaBatt not knowing that it would be an even worse experience.
I was sent an order confirmation number via email. That was the last contact with the company. That was over 10 days ago. Funds were removed from my card.
No order status can be found on the website when I log in. My order confirmation number does not appear in "My Orders". It is a complete waste of time trying to reach these people. The customer service line constantly rings with busy signal...then disconnects and cuts you off.
You do not even have the ability to leave a voicemail message. They do not respond to email, they do not respond to support messages. They don't answer phones. I guess if they *** on my morning paper, it would be a 100% customer service disaster.
After my 6th email inquiry, it looks like I'm going to have to report the transaction as "funds stolen/product never delivered". I do not recommend any transactions with this completely incompetent company.
I gave ZERO stars for a rating because it would not allow me to enter a negative value. AVOID like Covid!
