On June 10, 2021, I placed an order for T-shirts, so after I got the confirmation on the same day I sent an email the next day to cancel it same day I got a reply asking why which I explain in details my reason but instead of getting a confirmation to show it had been cancel I got an email on June 13th stating that my order has been process and is unable to be cancelled sent emails on June 14,15, to asked them to explain why they were unable to cancel it since they got my request the next day after I placed the order their replies each time was a generated message stating that they are away from the office and a team member will be in touch in 24 hours which they never did on June 19 is when I heard from them with an explanation of why my shipment is delayed not answering what I asked then after I sent several more emails stating that I received the package and since I already had filed a claim dispute to give me a returned address so that this nightmare can be over June 23 is when I heard from them again blaming their delivery issues on the pandemic even after I told them I got the package almost a week ago I just need a returned address because the credit card company told me since I did get the package instead of claim dispute just do it as I didn't want the items and to send it back, so I sent several emails asking for a returned address, but they never answer my request but instead kept stonewalling me because most company gives you a deadline to return the item and there are five days which is up that why they finally sent an email stating that it was delivered duh that's what all my emails showed that I got bit but want to return it, but now it's in the hand of the credit card company and if they want their products I suggest they send me a return address asap explain

User's recommendation: the T-shirt that I received is the same as the picture but my only concerns is with customers service so if you don't want a headache I suggest you don't order from them.

Monetary Loss: $85.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
